Graham's has become our favourite garage in recent years. Over a number of visits with different vehicles they've been really helpful and accommodating and have fixed some fiddly stuff with my partner's van. I don't dread receiving "the call" from Simon on reception either - he keeps it matter of fact. The prices are good too! Graham's is one of the best garages in the area, and I often recommend them to friends.

Grahams Vehicle Repairs were assigned to us by Green Flag Breakdown Cooperative. I have never recieved such a good service. I was contacted almost immediately and was asked a few questions and then told estimated time of arrival. He arrived exactly as advised (well within an hour) and everything sorted very quickly. He went out his way to follow me for a few miles to ensure everything was fixed with the instruction that if anything was wrong, I should pull over and he would assist me more. This wasn't needed as first fix was exactly as required. I even got a message later in the evening to ensure I arrived safely at my destination. Extremely polite and obviously very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Perfect experience and service from first contact through to a courteous follow up message. Top marks from me. Service as it should be, which unfortunately tends to be lacking from others when you're in a time of need.

Simon was really kind and helpful this morning, as my tyres were all low in pressure... it was done in 10 minutes! Absolutely amazing service. Really recommend them.

Drove 190 miles to Clarach Bay with no problem for our holiday. Woke up the next day and my car wouldn't start, spent an hour trying and thought it was the ignition barrel. Spoke to the girl in the swimming pool who recommended Grahams Vehicle Repair. Managed to get the car to start and drove it to Grahams. Explained the problem, left the car with them. Within an hour Simon called back saying it was the ignition barrel and they could sort it. Called me less than 2 hours later saying it was sorted and I could get the car. Took them 3 hours to fix the problem and save our holiday. Can't rate them highly enough, nice gentleman to deal with and very reasonably priced, didn't break the bank and use up all our holiday spends.

Fantastic service, took my 19 year old car in with a number of problems and it was all fixed up by the end of the day. They even gave it a much needed wash! Great customer service, especially from Simon. Will be returning for my MOT and any future work.

Fantastic service today from Graham's Repairs - my 16yo car runs better now than when I first got it! Work was completed very quickly and at a reasonable price. As a female driver who's a bit intimidated by auto shops I really recommend Graham's - they never tried to sell me anything I didn't need and never talked down to me when I asked for things explaining. Jackie did a great job at getting my car loaded despite having no suspension & having to manoeuvre around quite a tight carpark at rush hour. Simon kept me up to date while the work was being completed and was very friendly over the phone and in person. They even washed my car before sending it back since it was proper grubby! Highly recommend, will be returning for future repairs & upkeep.

Genuinely couldn't have been more helpful! Very quick to arrive and diagnose the issue, and went above and beyond to source parts and get me back on the road as quickly as possible, despite my car packing in on a bank holiday weekend. Everything was explained to me, and communicated with me throughout my car's mini meltdown. I would absolutely recommend to anyone, as I really couldn't have asked for a better service!

A fantastic service that I would fully recommend!. I was welcomed by Graham after having vehicle trouble when travelling to Clarach Bay for a holiday. As I am not a local resident I was nervous on having my vehicle repaired but Graham and his team put my mind at ease. His swift action and resources have got me back on the road to enjoy my holiday and to return home safely. I will certainly remember this positive experience where they are a garage you can trust and at a very good price. The business card is one that will be staying in my wallet if I am travelling in the area again and need assistance.

Absolutely fabulous service, I used this company through Green Flag with a breakdown. They called immediately to let me know when they were due, then to let me know they were on their way. The driver Jackie was very friendly, professional and helpful and made an otherwise tedious experience painless. Highly recommended.
