John is the perfect host. Friendly and helpful and welcoming.

Well run , clean and warm, everything you need. Geat short break with 2 friends and 2 dogs that were made very welcome.

John is a fantastic host. The room and food are really good. A great location, for touring.

Excellent B&B, extremely friendly and helpful owner. Great breakfast. Even happy for us to charge our electric vehicle on the drive (which of course we offered to pay for)! Only negative is there are no proper curtains, just very thin blinds so it will be as bright as day from dawn, I'd be unable to sleep there from Spring onwards. The spotlights for the drive are on all night too, rather than being motion-triggered. Otherwise a brilliant place that I'm very happy to recommend.

What a fantastic B&B! John is an excellent host and the place as neat as a pin! The breakfast was top notch and he also recommended a wonderful restaurant. All in all a great experience!!

The breakfast is 5 star ⭐️ location is great lovely little stream running through. Emm don’t what else to say apart from just go and stay for a week or so!!

Warm welcome John was both very helpful and knowledgeable of the local area breakfast was excellent and set us up for the day Was in Wales to collect my daughter and was perfectly situated 5 minutes from uni pricing was very good and will return when daughter goes back in a years time

Absolutely stunning B&B, would go as far as saying the best I've ever stayed in. Immaculately clean, superb bed, quiet location, fantastic breakfast. Can't wait for my next visit.
